About Müller-Technik
Müller-Technik GmbH is a plastics-processing family company headquartered in Steinfeld (Vechta district, Lower Saxony). Founded in 1984, the injection molder produces precision plastic parts and assembly-ready components for automotive, non-automotive, packaging, medical technology and electronics. The Steinfeld site has 75 injection molding machines with clamping forces from 15 to 1,150 tons; the range of processes includes standard and 2K/multi-component injection molding, gas-assist, tandem, variotherm, insert molding, cell mould (MuCell), micro injection molding, organo sheet and blow molding. In addition, the company offers in-house toolmaking (design with Catia V5, Siemens NX, MoldFlow), cleanroom production of classes 7-8 for medical technology and food packaging, assembly, inline printing, pad printing as well as surface treatments such as painting, chrome plating and leather graining. Since 1995, joint ventures have operated in Koszalin, Poland (50 injection molding systems, 25-900 t), and since 2016/17 in El Marqués-Querétaro, Mexico (18 injection molding machines, 15-650 t). Customers include VW, Audi, BMW as well as Tier-1 suppliers such as Forvia, Magna and Lear.

Quality & Certifications
Continuous inspection processes from production to final inspection are safeguarded by initial sample inspections per VDA, 8D reports, MDE process monitoring and advanced quality planning. Highly precise 3D metrology (tactile, optical, 3D laser scanner) enables exact component and tool measurement by trained specialist staff.
