Mittelmärkische Wasser- und Abwasser GmbH (MWA) has been the operational service provider for the water and wastewater associations "Der Teltow" and "Mittelgraben" since 1994, responsible for water supply and wastewater disposal in the region. Around 100 employees at the head office in Kleinmachnow ensure daily that over 90,000 residents are reliably supplied with drinking water and that the resulting wastewater is environmentally friendly disposed of, treated, and returned to the natural cycle. MWA secures the operation, maintenance, and construction supervision of the water and wastewater facilities owned by the associations, as well as other facilities for water supply and sewage disposal. Furthermore, it performs the administration and commercial operations management for the associations. The company is registered at the District Court of Potsdam under HRB 8197 P.
