About NACHI EUROPE
NACHI EUROPE GmbH, headquartered in Krefeld, is the European subsidiary of the technology group NACHI-FUJIKOSHI CORP., founded in Japan in 1928. The product portfolio comprises rolling bearings (deep groove ball bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, tapered roller bearings, precision and spherical roller bearings), cutting tools (drills, taps, end mills, gear hobbing cutters, broaching tools), hydraulic components and systems (vane and piston pumps, swing drives, travel drives, valve blocks) as well as industrial and handling robots for custom automation solutions. A high degree of vertical integration characterizes production: from steel production through powder manufacturing, pressing and sintering to heat treatment, coating, grinding and assembly, all process steps are mastered in-house. The products manufactured in-house work together as an integrated system concept. As an equipment supplier, NACHI Europe serves, among others, general mechanical engineering, the automotive and aerospace industries, manufacturers of construction machinery and machine tools, power generation as well as the electrical and electronics industry in Germany and practically all of Europe. More than 80 engineers, technicians and sales staff are available to customers with technical consulting, warehousing and service.

Materials & Processes
High-speed steel
Substrate for drilling, tapping and milling tools with high toughness for universal applications.
Powder-metallurgical high-speed steel
Homogeneous substrate for particularly wear-resistant high-performance tools in industrial machinery.
Solid carbide
Material for end mills and drills for machining aluminium, titanium and steels.
Special steel
In-house produced raw and tool steel, the basis of the vertically integrated production of bearings and tools.
Nitrile rubber (seals)
Nitrile seals on both sides of sheave bearings protect against dirt and moisture.
