About us

Nagel Maschinenbau is a family-owned company based in Norderstedt near Hamburg that has been operating as a supplier to the B2B industry since 1987. The company manufactures CNC-milled, turned and ground components to customer specifications and dimensions from all commercially available metals such as steel, aluminium, copper, bronze and brass as well as from plastics. On approximately 700 m² of production floor space, 14 CNC machining centres and 3 conventional machine tools are available; machinable component dimensions range up to 3000 mm in X and 600 mm in Y and Z. The service portfolio includes, in addition to machining, assembly manufacturing, jig and apparatus construction, procurement and further processing of sheet metal parts, assembly into functional systems, and design using CAD/CAM systems such as SolidWorks and Mastercam. In addition, prototypes and small series with quantities from 1 to 1000 are produced, and no longer available spare parts are remanufactured. External services such as coating, anodising, galvanic zinc plating, painting as well as heat treatments such as case hardening and vacuum hardening complete the offering.
