About Navitas Tooling
Navitas Tooling is a tool manufacturer with toolrooms in Shenzhen and Dongguan (plastic injection moulds) as well as in Beilun, Ningbo (die casting dies) in China. The company offers integrated services along the entire tool chain: prototyping, toolmaking, tool optimization and part production. In the injection moulding area, standard, overmolding and 2K, precision and connector, insert, gas assist, LSR, thermoset and multi-cavity moulds with machine tonnages of 20 to 2800 t are built; in the die casting area, vacuum, squeeze, giga, structural and temperature-controlled dies as well as magnesium and insert-part dies at 120 to 9000 t. The team of toolmakers and engineers supports customers from the automotive, electrical engineering, electronics, medical technology, household appliances, office automation, packaging and construction machinery sectors with weekly project reporting.
