About NC-Automation

NC-Automation GmbH was founded in 1998 in Kempten in the Allgäu region and specialises in flexible partial and full automation in machining. The company develops and designs automatic tools for use in CNC machine tools: cleaning tools of the CleanStar and CleanJet families remove chips from workpieces, fixtures, machine tables and the machine interior using coolant, oil or compressed air in a pressure range of 5 to 120 bar. The automatic marking tool WriteStar creates permanent markings by roll engraving through material compaction and displacement in materials up to 60 HRC, including steel, stainless steel (V4A), titanium, plastic and graphite. In addition, NC-Automation offers handling solutions for workpieces, monitoring systems such as CleanStar-control, as well as consulting, maintenance and repair. Customers come from the machine tool industry, mechanical engineering, medical technology, printing machinery and the automotive industry; references include, among others, ABB, Bosch, ZF, Hermle and Festo.
