NDEWG GmbH (Norddeutsche Erdwärme Gewinnungsgesellschaft), headquartered in Lingen (Ems) with a location in Berlin, specialises in the utilisation of geothermal energy. In the field of deep geothermal energy, NDEWG develops projects from site selection through exploration licences, drilling expertise and project planning to financing, plant construction and operation; the company also builds base-load-capable district heating networks. The heat extracted is used for heating, cooling, greenhouses, process heat as well as for geosolar drying plants (wood pellets, sewage sludge, digestate) and thermophilic wet fermentation. Customers include residential and commercial construction, municipalities and municipal utilities, industry and agriculture.

The partner BetaTherm has been on the market as a manufacturer of ground collector baskets; since then, over 30,000 baskets have been produced at the manufacturing site in Wangen.
