About Netalux
Netalux nv is a Belgian manufacturer of laser cleaning machines for industrial applications and demanding cleaning tasks. The company independently develops, constructs, and assembles all machines at its headquarters in Paal (Beringen) – without rebadging or outsourcing. The product portfolio includes the handheld pulse laser systems Needle® (100–300 W, air-cooled, fiber lengths 4.5 m or 5.7 m) for weld cleaning, small parts, and complex surfaces, as well as the water-cooled Jango® (7500 W average machine power, fiber length 50 m, approx. 850 kg) for large-area cleaning of tanks and coatings in heavy industry. Both series are available as handheld or stationarily integrated variants, including integration via CAD and industrial control systems. The systems clean metals, welds, coatings, and limestone, among other things, for example, in the restoration of historic buildings. The offering also includes remote fault diagnosis, worldwide technical support, training, as well as spare parts, upgrades, and repairs throughout the entire lifecycle. Through the Netalux Inc. branch in Chicago, the company serves the North American market.

Processes and Materials
Nanosecond-pulsed Ytterbium Fiber Laser (1064 nm)
Laser source for all systems, with pulse frequencies of 10–500 kHz (Needle® 100/150) or 2–50 kHz (Jango®).
Gaussian Beam Profile (Needle®)
Precision profile for weld cleaning, small parts, and complex surfaces in confined spaces.
Top-Hat Beam Profile (Jango®)
Uniform cleaning power on large areas such as tanks and coatings, with real-time distance control.
Metals and Welds
Primary application area for handheld and stationary systems, including cleaning before and after welding processes.
Coatings
Large-area removal of coatings, for example, on tank surfaces in heavy industry.
Limestone
Gentle laser cleaning during the restoration of natural stone, e.g., at a historic museum in Antwerp.
Thick Coated Steel (Mechanical Engineering)
Material of the machine housing for robustness and longevity in industrial use.
