About Neufang AG

Neufang Brauerei AG is an independent family business in its sixth generation, headquartered in Saarbrücken. Founded in 1815 by Johann Philipp Neufang as a brewery, the company was converted into a stock corporation in 1907, with the owner family remaining the principal shareholder to this day. After ceasing brewing operations in 2001, the company's activities have focused on the development, new construction and conversion as well as the rental of its own commercial real estate in the state capital Saarbrücken. At the Dudweiler Landstraße site, spacious office, training and practice rooms are offered, which can be converted individually according to tenant requirements; the spaces range from 50 to 1,000 m² and over 100 parking spaces are available. At the Bahnhofstraße/corner of Dudweilerstraße site, there are also retail spaces and practice rooms in a prime location. Not a manufacturing operation for industrial components.
