About us
Neumüller Werkzeugschleiferei GmbH, based in Untergriesbach, specializes in the new manufacture of cutting tools such as milling and drilling tools as well as the CNC regrinding of metalworking and woodworking tools including stamping tools. The service portfolio includes tool design with CAD, whose data is fed directly into the grinding machine, individual cutting edge preparation, the reworking of special tools, and the coating of tools. Since July 2012, every incoming tool has been marked in-house with a datamatrix using laser engraving to ensure unique identification and a fully traceable workflow. Quality assurance includes measurement reports of the produced geometry. Publicly named customers include HEYCO-WERK HEYNEN GmbH & Co. KG, Oberaigner Powertrain GmbH (automotive) and Starlim Spritzguss GmbH. Production takes place at the headquarters in Untergriesbach on a modern CNC machine fleet.
