About Neuser GmbH
Neuser GmbH is a specialised contract coating company for powder coating and surface pre-treatment of metal components. Founded in 1994 in Berlin-Schöneberg by Gerhard Neuser, the company began with demanding series orders such as the coating of BMW crankcases, cylinder heads and Siemens housings. In early 2025 the family business, today led by Daniela and Michael Neuser in its second generation, moved to its site in Ludwigsfelde near Berlin, where it produces on more than 3,000 m² of production space. Coated are components made of steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel, aluminium as well as aluminium and magnesium castings — from one-off pieces to large series. With two parallel large-part booths, parts up to 6.5 m × 2.6 m × 3.2 m and 2,000 kg are processed. The range of services includes blasting, fully automated pre-treatment, masking, duplex systems, rework and quality control with digital batch documentation.

Galvanised steel
Base for duplex systems (galvanising + powder) with high weather resistance, e.g. in facade construction.
Stainless steel
For components with increased requirements regarding corrosion protection and appearance.
Aluminium
For facade profiles, sheets and frames up to 6.5 m in length.
Aluminium casting
Outgassing-prone castings are coated with low porosity and craters through targeted process control incl. baking.
Magnesium casting
Coating of demanding cast parts, among others from automotive applications.

Targeted process control minimises surface defects such as pores and craters.

Quality
Film thicknesses, gloss levels and surface appearance are inspected during the process and in final inspection; release is granted only after complete quality control. Every batch is digitally traceable without gaps, documented from the processing status through packaging to shipping; FAI/PPAP approvals are carried out.
