About nexnoa
nexnoa develops and refines its own Flow-Texturization Technology, an extrusion process for the controlled structuring of plant-based raw materials. On this basis, Flow-Textured Plants (FTP) are created, a new class of structured, plant-based ingredients for foodservice and industrial food production. FTP consists of a single ingredient, 100% European non-GMO soy flour, is minimally processed, free of additives and shelf-stable at room temperature. The ingredient deeply absorbs marinades and sauces and delivers crispy, tender or juicy textures depending on preparation. nexnoa combines engineering, formulation know-how and culinary testing to support scalable production and practical use across various processes and product formats. Applications include ready-made meals, contract catering, street food formats, QSR menus as well as signature dishes.
