NFM Recycling is a young company from Hürth near Cologne, specialized in the recycling of EPS (Styropor) and XPS (extruded polystyrene). The core is the ECOEPS system solution, which combines a compaction plant with digital CO₂ emissions software: the accepted material is compacted at a ratio of 1:50 (1 m³ down to 25 liters), with a throughput of 150–170 kg per hour, and 97.5% is returned to the production cycle. Clean as well as contaminated EPS and XPS is accepted in any quantity at the intake facility in Leichlingen (Rheinland). For every batch, tamper-proof CO₂ reports and a Digital Product Passport (e.g. DPP-NFM-2025-0041) are created, which are CSRD-compliant and suitable for auditing bodies.
