Niehoffs Vaihinger Fruchtsaft GmbH, headquartered in Lauterecken, is a German manufacturer of fruit juices and fruit drinks. The company was formed in 2004 from the merger of Merziger Fruchtgetränke GmbH, Klindworth Fruchtsäfte GmbH and Niehoffs-Vaihinger Fruchtsäfte GmbH under the umbrella of Tucano Holding. Juice production takes place at the Lauterecken and Merzig sites. The company owns several well-known juice brands, including Merziger, Niehoffs Vaihinger, Klindworth, Lindavia and Schloss Veldenz. In addition, ready-mixed cocktails are offered in bottles under the Cocktail Plant brand. The company is a subsidiary of Mineralbrunnen Überkingen-Teinach KGaA and, through this, majority-owned by the Saarland-based brewing group Karlsberg.
