About us
Niggemann Formenbau GmbH is a toolmaker based in Werdohl in the Sauerland region that has been active in mould making since 1936. The company manufactures die casting moulds for light-metal casting with optimised cooling and ejection concepts as well as permanent moulds for gravity and low-pressure casting, including Croning and plastic core technology. In addition, part-specific deburring tools with high repeatability are produced. The in-house design department supports projects from concept through to the finished tool. In the field of contract machining, the company produces milled and turned parts in small to medium volumes with a high degree of automation. Customers come predominantly from light-metal casting and die casting in the Sauerland region and beyond.
