NISBAU is a turnkey supplier of mixing and batching plants for concrete and mineral materials, headquartered in Bockenheim an der Weinstraße. The company develops every plant in its own design office and fully models it in 3D before construction. Design, steel construction and the electrical department are all under one roof at the company's own plant; every plant is assembled and tested there and delivered ready for operation in accordance with German machine and safety standards. The plants achieve outputs of 80 to 400 m³/h with twin-shaft mixers of 1.0 to 6.0 m³ per batch, complemented by cement silos up to 1,000 m³. In addition to concrete technology, NISBAU offers polymer dosing for sealing systems, soil stabilization (STABIMIX), salt and mineral processing, mining backfill as well as dry-mix and binder plants. With conversions, refurbishments, relocation, retrofitting, control system modernization, a 24-hour spare parts service and remote maintenance, the company supports existing plants throughout their entire life cycle.
