Nivell is a Swiss manufacturer of elements for precise machine installation: precision levelling wedges based on the patented double-wedge principle, the Duplex force blocker DKH, adjusting feet, stainless steel machine feet for hygiene-sensitive areas, and vibration isolation systems such as the patented Silent-Delta. The products are made from aluminium, steel and cast steel, stainless steel (1.4301) and rubber; in-house vulcanisation ensures consistent damping properties of vulcanised coatings and layered mounts. Customers include tooling, machinery and plant engineering, die-casting and injection moulding machine manufacturers, as well as the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. In addition to product development with CAD, Nivell offers pre-assembly of machine installation on site through a cooperation partner – including drilling, floor anchoring, grouting and laser tracker alignment with Polyworks software. Founded in 1974, the company with 25 employees supplies more than 700 customers worldwide and, in addition to its headquarters in Bremgarten, has locations in Geislingen and Stuttgart.
