KG was founded in 2017 and is a plant engineering company based in Westerstede near Oldenburg, with a further site in Dülmen in the Münsterland region as well as Noordtec B.V. in Zeist in the Netherlands. The company offers products and services relating to alternative mobility, renewable energies and technical infrastructure. In the field of plant engineering, Noordtec realizes complete BioCNG filling stations and CNG plants as well as solutions for LNG and hydrogen – from project planning through engineering and plant construction to commissioning and service. In addition, the company manufactures and installs photovoltaic systems, battery storage, wallboxes, AC/DC charging stations and energy management systems for private, commercial and industrial customers. Further service areas include breathing air and compressed air technology for fire departments, mobile recompression, heat pumps, infrared heating technology, lightning protection as well as device adaptation as part of the grid area conversion from natural gas L to natural gas H. Around 120 employees work at the three sites; the service is available around the clock with support bases in Germany.
