Norbert Sapp GmbH is a medium-sized family business in its third generation, based in Eslohe-Bremke in the Sauerland region. For over 30 years, the company has designed, manufactured and installed surface technology systems, including pretreatment systems (index-dip, index-spray and conveyorized spray systems), dryers, painting and coating systems, and conveying systems with PLC controls. As a second pillar, the company produces welded and steel constructions of all kinds, general sheet metal processing, machine frames and housings, as well as tank and apparatus construction. On 3,000 m² of production space, products designed at four CAD workstations are manufactured with unit weights of up to 15 t on mostly CNC-controlled machines – from CNC punching and bending to plasma and oxy-fuel flame cutting to welding using all common processes in steel, stainless steel and aluminium. The company is a certified specialist operation under the German Federal Water Act (WHG) with a monitoring contract with TÜV-Nord, and supplies customers nationwide as well as in neighboring countries.
