Nortech System is a Swiss manufacturer based in Balerna in the canton of Ticino, specializing in the design and production of motor winding machines, coil winding machines and fully automatic winding systems. The product range includes standard machines for needle winding (NW) and flyer winding (FW) of brushless stators as well as the RH and CH models for coil winding with up to 18 spindles and 18,000 rpm. All specific components and fixtures are manufactured in-house, with wire and die-sink EDM, laser cutting of sheet metal and Plexiglas, and CNC milling. The company develops the software for machine control and automation itself, including the integration of industrial communication protocols as a certified member of the EtherCAT Technology Group. In-house technicians carry out assembly, commissioning, after-sales service as well as revamping and modernization of existing systems. Customers come from the automotive, household appliances, aerospace, green energy, medical technology and industrial equipment sectors; the machines operate worldwide, including in Switzerland, Germany, Italy, China, Brazil and Mexico.
