Your Partner for Drive Technology, Gear and Transmission Components
Since 1966, Nozag has developed, produced and sold standard and special versions of gear components, chain sprockets, spindle lifting and bevel gear units, special gearboxes and other drive technology components. The range includes around 8000 standard gears and chains ex stock, which can be further machined ready for assembly to specification on request, as well as gear components to drawing in small series and custom gearboxes from prototype to series production. Manufacturing includes milling of spur, bevel and worm gears, hardening and grinding of the gearing as well as plastic and die casting of gears. Materials include ETG 100, C45, case-hardening steels, stainless steel 1.4305, brass, bronze, aluminium and plastics. Focus markets are mechanical, plant and apparatus engineering, recycling, packaging, logistics, automation as well as food and medical technology. Production takes place predominantly at the Swiss site in Pfäffikon; Nozag GmbH in Sinsheim serves the German market. Nozag is part of the POLYGENA group with a total of 500 employees.
