About NT K+D AG
NT K+D AG in Hombrechtikon in the canton of Zurich is a company active in plastics and sealing technology for over 50 years. The company manufactures O-rings, flat gaskets, groove rings, NTH rings, shaft seals, spiral seals, jacketed seals, vulcanized endless rings, packings and turned plastic parts to drawing or sample – from one-offs to large series. The processes include CNC turning and milling, waterjet cutting, die-cut plotting, punching, injection molding of elastomers and thermoplastics, vulcanization of endless rings, fine braiding of packings and additive manufacturing including SLM steel printing in stainless steel 1.4404. Materials processed include PTFE materials, engineering thermoplastics such as PEEK and POM, elastomers such as FPM, NBR, EPDM, MVQ and FFKM as well as own flat gasket materials such as NT-Chem, NT-Flex and NT-Unit. An express service delivers spare parts within 60 minutes at the site or within 24 hours from production. The product range is aimed at power plant construction, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, mechanical engineering, sanitary applications, gas and water supply, food production as well as pneumatics and hydraulics. Production, warehouse sales and goods receiving are located at Grossacherstrasse 41; headquarters, administration and 3D printing at Fabrikweg 10.
