Nuschei Spezialdichtungen GmbH, based in Vienna (Wallackgasse 7, 1230), is a sealing specialist supplying a broad portfolio of sealing profiles, sealing tapes and sheets, sealants and special seals. The range includes extruded silicone profiles made of HTV silicone rubber (SIPRO), rubber profiles made of EPDM, natural rubber and SBR, foam rubber and cellular profiles, PE round profiles, co-extruded edge protection profiles, brush seals as well as plastic profiles made of PVC and TPE — among other things as window, door, glazing and joint profiles or as refrigerator and shower enclosure profiles. Several hundred proven profile cross-sections are kept in stock and mostly delivered promptly. In addition, die-cut parts, rings and strip cuttings are offered, along with welding of plastic profiles, bonding by cold vulcanization with SIPRO silicone adhesive and professional installation of window and door seals. Customers come from construction, trade and industry, in particular from window and door manufacturing, facade, glass, metal and steel construction, household appliance and mechanical engineering.

HTV silicone rubber
High-temperature vulcanizing silicone rubber for silicone profiles with temperature resistance from -60 °C to +200 °C (short-term up to 250 °C), Shore 30–75, also available in fire protection grades.
EPDM (ethylene-propylene-diene rubber)
Standard grade for rubber profiles, cellular profiles and sealing tapes, Shore A approx. 50–70.
Natural rubber and SBR
Used for foam rubber profiles, sealing tapes and sheets in various hardness grades.
Neoprene (CR)
Material for edge protection profiles and sealing tapes with good weather resistance.
Perbunan (NBR)
Alternative grade variants for sealing tapes and sheets.
PVC / modified PVC
Solid-homogeneous plastic for plastic, shower enclosure and edge protection profiles, Shore A approx. 75–85.
TPE (thermoplastic elastomer)
Thermoplastic for door and sash rebate profiles and plastic profiles, temperature resistant approx. -15 °C to +80 °C.
Polyethylene foam
Closed-cell, plasticizer-free foam for PE round profiles for backfilling joints.
