Nyfeler Holzwaren AG in Gondiswil is a Swiss family business with a company history spanning more than 80 years, specializing in the serial production of wooden goods. Its main segment is contract manufacturing of wood elements for the world-famous CUBORO marble run, a collaboration that has lasted 40 years. In addition to technically demanding wooden goods made to customer requirements, the company develops and produces wooden toys such as nine men's morris games, labyrinths and wooden cars, as well as foot massage rollers made from domestic hardwoods for the medical supply trade. The value chain covers the entire process, from raw wood from surrounding forests via cutting and wood drying at its own lumber yard, CNC-supported series production through to painting, individualization by laser engraving, CNC milling and various printing processes, as well as packaging and shipping. Manufacturing equipment includes CNC machining machines, an optimization system and a KUKA robot. Customers from the toy, healthcare and promotional products sectors receive contract manufacturing of series products on request, including guided tours of the production site.
