About us
Nyffenegger Armaturen AG is a Swiss family business founded in 1910, now run by the fifth generation and located in Zurich Oerlikon. In its own factory, building, safety and shut-off valves as well as the company's own sudoFIT pipe-connection push-fit system are produced and assembled. The machining of cast blanks and brass bars is carried out in multi-process operations: turning, milling, drilling and grinding; in addition, the company offers a special workshop for custom-made valves, fountain spouts and workpieces made of brass and chrome steel, including design, CAD drawing, brazing and surface finishing such as chrome plating and sandblasting. All finished valves are tested for tightness and quality at several stations. Customers are plumbing installers and building services throughout Switzerland; in addition, the company, with around 40 employees, sells a complementary trade assortment of well-known brands and operates a pickup shop in Oerlikon. Since 2021, the company has been producing in a modern new building on Leutschenbachstrasse.
