The Company
Oberländer Recycling Maschinen GmbH develops, manufactures and maintains scrap processing systems for metal recycling. The product range includes hydraulic scrap shears with column guidance, baling presses, alligator shears, custom special shears and ring-hammer shredder systems for processing aluminium scrap. In addition, complete processing systems are designed, planned and delivered, including auxiliary units such as plate conveyors, loading systems, screening and separation devices, magnetic and eddy current separators as well as ATEX-compliant dry dedusting systems. New to the portfolio are stationary and mobile cutting-station fume extraction systems, developed in cooperation with DEMAG, for extracting cutting fumes during oxy-fuel cutting. The machines are manufactured in torsion-resistant welded constructions; service, overhauls and spare parts deliveries are provided worldwide, also for systems from other manufacturers. At the Schwerte site, two halls with more than 1,100 m² are available for production, assembly, service and administration, where the systems are designed, assembled and tested in trial operation. The systems are used in Western Europe, the USA, Eastern Europe and countries of the former Soviet Union.
