About us
OF Stanz- und Dichtungstechnik UG (haftungsbeschränkt), based in Grünhain-Beierfeld (Erzgebirge), specializes in the development and production of gaskets and stamped parts. The company manufactures everything that can be produced using the processes of punching, laser cutting, cutting and milling – from bridge presses and eccentric presses to CNC punching/laser systems, cutting plotters, flatbed cutters and CNC milling. A broad range of materials is processed, including pressboard, hardboard, laminated press materials, elastomers, high-pressure gasket materials, PTFE, cellular materials, rubber cork, and various steel grades such as mild steels for cold forming, structural steels, higher-strength cold-forming steels and electrolytically galvanized flat products. In addition to series production, the company designs and develops new products jointly with customers. On demand, produced parts are inspected visually and dimensionally on a computer-linked inspection table, including complete inspection reports.

On demand, produced parts are subjected to a rigorous inspection system: at a computer-linked inspection table, it is visually verified that the CAD dimensions were implemented exactly. As a report, the customer receives a complete inspection report covering all defined measurement points.
