About ORBILAN

ORBILAN GmbH Kunststoffwerk is a medium-sized, family-run company now in its second generation and active in the market for more than 40 years. The company produces semi-finished products from high-molecular and ultra-high-molecular low-pressure polyethylene (HMW-PE and UHMW-PE) using the press-sinter process. These are based on high-quality raw materials. From its own semi-finished products, ORBILAN also manufactures finished parts to customer specifications that meet demanding and individual customer requirements. In addition to production, the company offers individual consulting and customer-specific solutions. Sustainability is part of the production strategy: almost 100 % of production residues are reprocessed into new products, and the company relies on renewable sources for energy generation. The products of ORBILAN GmbH Kunststoffwerk are used worldwide.
