Organic Garden AG, headquartered in Ingolstadt, is a nutrition company founded in 2019 that specializes in large-scale catering solutions. Its range of services includes School Nutrition for schools, kindergartens and daycare centers as well as Business Nutrition for companies, educational and care facilities; the offering is complemented by a Nutrition Management Software. The menu is based on the 85/15 nutrition concept with at least 85 percent plant-based and at most 15 percent animal-based foods, oriented toward the Planetary Health Diet.    Founding of Organic Garden with the vision of building its own high-tech farms and mapping the value chain from farm to fork; initially focused on B2C sales channels.

   Re-focusing on large-scale catering solutions at the end of 2023; gradual closure of the eateries and pausing of the company's own farm project.

5. 2024-01
