The product portfolio includes appliances from established brands and manufacturers as well as the in-house brand GERATEK, which has been a listed supplier to ElectronicPartner Handel SE since 2021; in addition, the company took over the exclusive marketing of Gorenje small appliances in Germany. Alongside distribution, OSF offers a comprehensive service and support package, including delivery, installation, customer service, repair intake, warranty processing, spare parts service, energy consulting and financing. With more than 40 employees, 10,000 m² of warehouse space at its headquarters and two external warehouses with a further 8,000 m², the company supplies more than 900 affiliated partner locations in the German specialist retail trade.
