OSR Enterprises AG is a Switzerland-based automotive technology company (Tier 1) founded in 2011 with R&D centers in Israel and Switzerland. The company develops the EVOLVER platform, a hardware/software system that serves as a multi-domain AI brain for vehicles. The central E/E architecture consolidates distributed control units into a single central control unit and enables massive computing power for in-vehicle AI as well as a cybersecurity and data privacy concept with secured domains. OSR thereby targets vehicle manufacturers that want to implement connected and autonomous vehicles economically and technically. The company became known in late 2017 with its exit from stealth mode on the occasion of the third EVOLVER generation; cooperations exist, among others, with Arm and Toshiba Memory Europe (In-Car Datacenter, "Datacenter on Wheels"). Headquarters are in Rotkreuz in the canton of Zug.
