Via Medinorm Medizintechnik GmbH in Spiesen-Elversberg, Dahlhausen manufactures single-use medical products with its own manufacturing competence in Germany. In addition, a technical service for maintenance, repair and safety inspections of medical equipment is offered. Customers include hospitals, medical service providers, specialist retailers and international manufacturers. Founded by the surgical instrument maker Johann Wilhelm Grevenberg in Cologne; production of custom-made scalpels and bandages (company name Grevenberg).

Peter Josef Dahlhausen takes over; series production of surgical instruments; company has been named Dahlhausen since then.
