About P&S Apparatebau GmbH
P&S Apparatebau GmbH is a metalworking company based in Hamburg since 1978, specialising in tank and apparatus construction, sheet metal working and waterjet cutting. The company mainly produces custom stainless steel fabrications to customer specifications, including tanks, distillation systems, heat exchangers, filter housings, piping components, machine enclosures as well as water and diesel tanks for ships – as one-off pieces or small series. The value chain ranges from design with 3D CAD, waterjet and sheet cutting, folding, rolling, turning, milling and welding through to assembly, maintenance and repair, also mobile on site at the customer. The company also manufactures steel structures such as beams, stairs, balconies and railings in accordance with EN 1090-2, optionally hot-dip galvanised, powder-coated or painted. Its main customers come from the chemical industry, the food and pharmaceutical industries, mechanical and plant engineering, and shipbuilding. 28 employees work at the Hamburg-Wandsbek site, including three apprentices in tank and apparatus construction.
