Pan-Technik GmbH, based in Munich, specializes in hydrocyclone technology as well as environmental, filtration and separation technology. The company develops and manufactures custom hydrocyclones and water treatment systems for the separation, classification and purification of liquids, suspensions and liquid mixtures. The upper cones of the hydrocyclones are made from acid-resistant stainless steel using the cold flow turning process, achieving high rotational symmetry and inner smoothness with low surface roughness. The intermediate cone, reject nozzle and lower assemblies are made of plastic depending on the application scenario and can be quickly exchanged via screw connections. Fields of application include the paper and pulp industry, water treatment and mechanical engineering, among others for grinding water treatment, recycling in battery cell production, sludge removal and water aeration. Founded in 1995, the company is today run by the second generation and additionally offers consulting and application optimization.
