About PARARE
PARARE GmbH is a service provider with its own production and consulting in the field of additive metal processing, headquartered in Frickenhausen near Stuttgart. Since 2017, the company has been producing high-strength metal components using Selective Laser Melting (SLM) on multi-laser systems – from prototypes and functional small batches to customized spare parts, economically viable from a quantity of just 1. The process chain includes engineering with part and topology optimization, thermal and flow-based simulation, 3D scanning and co-design, additive manufacturing, CNC post-processing with 5-axis milling, turning and grinding, as well as heat and surface treatment. The material portfolio comprises aluminum AlSi10Mg, stainless steel 1.4404 (316L), Inconel IN625 and IN718, tool steel 1.2709, and plastic 3D printing with PA12; PARARE also develops special materials and parameters. Customers come from motorsport, automotive, mechanical engineering, automation/robotics, and series production; documented projects include, among others, JP Performance, mu-zero HYPERLOOP, and MAGURA.
