About Pasta Nuova
Pasta Nuova GmbH (operating company mossa GmbH) produces fresh Italian pasta in organic quality, entirely manufactured in Baden-Württemberg. The product range includes filled pasta such as tortelloni, ravioli and mezzelune as well as gnocchi (also filled and gluten-free/wheat-free), Schupfnudeln and Spätzle including vegan variants. Products are made according to original Italian family recipes in their third generation, using organic durum wheat semolina from Italy and long-standing raw material suppliers. Since 1998 the company has produced exclusively organic products and is controlled under DE-ÖKO-001. After relocating to Graben-Neudorf in 2010, production was expanded in 2023 with a site in Kronau; distribution takes place, among other channels, via chilled direct shipping to end customers.
