Stainless Steel Expertise Since 1998
PAT Process Anlagen Technik is a plant engineering company founded in 1998 and based in Kirchheim near Munich, specialising in the production of stainless steel components and complete process plants for the food and non-food industries. The company, with around 40 employees, plans and realises compact plants, system solutions and individual components – from CIP systems, flash pasteurisation and pasteurisation plants (30–600 hl/h) through blending technology and water deaeration to tank farm, piping and pigging technology as well as dispensing systems for large-scale catering. The value chain includes project planning and engineering including 3D visualisation, automation with Siemens S7 TIA, control cabinet construction, stainless steel installation in-house and on site, as well as orbital welding for hygienic, dead-space-free piping systems. The portfolio is rounded off by energy management with heat recovery, service, commissioning and training. Customers come from breweries, mineral water bottlers, AFG/fruit juice, dairies, spirits and wine production, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and general industry. Quality is regularly audited in accordance with DIN ISO 9001:2015 by TÜV Süd.
