Bending (Beyerle)
Press brakes with 150 t and 50 t press force for bent parts up to 3100 mm length in steel.
Eccentric presses
Six mechanical presses (20-50 t and 100 t) for punching and forming work.
Three-roll bending
Roll bending of steel sheet up to 3 mm material thickness on machines with 1000 and 2000 mm working length.
Welding, spot welding, stud welding
Five welding workstations, one spot welding machine (25 kW) for steel up to 6 mm and stud welding (HBS CD 1501).
Chamfer milling
Machine-based edge machining of sheet metal parts for preparation-compliant production.
Coating
Coating of manufactured parts according to customer specification as part of the full service.
Carrier structures for GRP and CFRP
