About PAULI AQUATEC
PAULI AQUATEC GmbH is a contract manufacturer founded in 2011 and based in Grainet (Lower Bavaria), specializing in waterjet cutting, micro waterjet cutting and CNC grinding. In waterjet cutting, parts from 1 to 4,000 mm in length, up to 2,000 mm in width and up to 200 mm in material thickness are produced with tolerances below 0.1 mm; micro waterjet cutting with bevel compensation achieves tolerances of ±0.02 mm. The grinding program includes double-disc grinding, surface grinding and centerless cylindrical grinding for lot sizes of up to 50,000 pieces, as well as tumble deburring, deburring and drying. Through its sister company PAULI & RAAB GmbH, CNC milling (3- and 5-axis), CNC turning, welding, design engineering, prototypes and assemblies are additionally offered, enabling a complete solution from cutting to finished precision part. Production covers a broad range of materials from aluminium, steel, stainless steel, titanium, cast and plastics to ceramics, glass, GFRP/CFRP, wood and stone. Customers include industries such as mechanical and plant engineering as well as general contract manufacturing.
