About PEE-WEE
In the tradition of PEE-WEE Maschinen- und Apparatebau GmbH, founded in 1939, PEE-WEE Santenberg GmbH produces systems for chipless thread and profile machining. The product range includes thread and profile rolling machines (rolling force 10 to 1000 kN), gear rolling machines, segment rolling machines, 3-slide machines for tube processing, and the hydraulics-free E-Slide profile rolling machines with AC servo drive. In addition, the company manufactures thread, gear, burnishing and special tools in its own toolmaking shop on CNC grinding machines, and offers tool coating and vacuum heat treatment. Customers can be found among others in the automotive, aerospace, drive and screw industries; more than 26,000 machines have been sold worldwide. Production takes place in Jahnsdorf in the Erzgebirge, with foreign representations among others in the Czech Republic, Great Britain, Poland, France and Turkey.

Quality
All machines can be equipped with an integrated quality assurance system for monitoring the forming and machining parameters. The production sites are certified to DIN EN 9001:2000; there is a cooperation with the Institute of Forming Technology in Lüdenscheid.
