Wire solutions from a single source
PELGER GmbH, based in Neuhäusel (Rhineland-Palatinate), manufactures wire belts, belt edges, wire belt conveyors and drive wheels for industrial conveying technology. The portfolio comprises ten standardized wire meshes (including flat wire, round wire, wide spiral and double spiral belts) as well as customer-specific custom-made products with special designs such as chain guides, carrier profiles and chute edges. To withstand high mechanical, chemical and thermal loads, the company uses corrosion- and heat-resistant wires made of steel, stainless steel, brass or bronze. In addition to the wire belts, PELGER produces the matching wire belt conveyors, thereby delivering coordinated complete solutions from a single source – from concept and consulting through manufacturing to project support during installation. The products are in use worldwide in various industries, especially in industrial and production automation as well as in the bakery, confectionery and snack sector. A second business area comprises metal mesh as architectural and design elements for interior and exterior applications.
