About PeMa Maschinenbau und Umwelttechnik
PeMa Maschinenbau und Umwelttechnik GmbH was founded in 1994 by Peter Marx as a mechanical workshop and has developed into a specialist for repairs and custom machine-made parts in industry. At its headquarters in Heusweiler-Lummerschied and its second site in Marpingen-Alsweiler, around 40 employees work in the service areas of machining technology (turning up to Ø 850 x 6000 mm, milling, 5-axis milling, drilling, grinding, boring mill work), laser cutting of steel, stainless steel and aluminium including tube laser work, repair of hydraulic cylinders (disassembly, in-house spare parts production, chrome plating, honing, pressure testing) and steel construction with welding, painting and sheet metal work. The range is complemented by on-site boring mill work at the customer's premises, heat treatment, various coating processes, 3D printing with filament and design/engineering. Customers include companies from the wood, steel, food, beverage, pharmaceutical, medical technology and waste management industries. The company is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and operates a 90 kW photovoltaic system and a pellet heating system.
