PENPET GREEN Chemicals Distribution GmbH is a Hamburg-based European distributor of bio-based, recycled and CO₂-reduced chemicals. Founded in 2024, the company is the green-chemistry specialized subsidiary of the PENPET Group, which has been active in international chemical trading since 1992. The portfolio comprises around 20 products in 8 groups, including isopropanol, acetone, ethyl acetate, glycerin, 1,2-propylene glycol, bio-ESBO, recycling monomers such as r-DMT and r-MEG, and Power-to-X products such as green hydrogen, green methanol and green ammonia. The products are supplied as drop-in solutions for existing formulations, with TDS, SDS and CoA (DE/EN) with every delivery. Distribution is handled from Hamburg across Europe via ISO tank containers, IBCs or drums; storage and transport are managed by the sister company PENPET Logistics with warehouse locations in 7 European countries. In addition to distribution, the company offers ESG documentation, technical drop-in analyses and contract-based supply security for industries ranging from paints and pharmaceuticals to eFuels and marine fuels.
