About us

Peter Heusser Maschinenbau AG is an independent mechanical engineering company based in Wetzikon in the Zurich Oberland, specialising in the machining of oversized parts. The company produces one-offs, prototypes, small series and complete welded assemblies from steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass and plastics – among other things using centre and vertical (carousel) turning, CNC milling, CNC drilling, horizontal boring mill work and long-bed planing up to 11000 mm in length. As a full-service manufacturer, the company also handles metalworking (locksmith) work and welded constructions in MIG/MAG, material procurement, assembly as well as technical consulting and design proposals; heat treatment and surface finishing such as powder coating, painting or electroplating are carried out with selected partners. Its customers come mainly from machine, plant and mould making. Family-owned since 1953, the company is run in its third generation by Pascal Heusser and has been certified to EN/ISO 9001 since 2005.
