We are the balancing professionals
Peter Torner GmbH, based in Hamburg, is a specialized service company for the balancing of rotating components. The company eliminates imbalances in rigid rotors both stationary on its own balancing machines in the workshop (according to DIN ISO 21940-11) and on-site in the installed state (field balancing according to DIN ISO 10816-3). The range extends from small parts from approx. 5 g to balancing bodies of 5000 kg, a length of up to 5.50 m and a diameter of up to 2.50 m. The offer is complemented by machine diagnostics, vibration measurement, crack testing and the dynamic balancing of tools, spindles, shafts and tool holders up to grade G = 0.4. Customers are manufacturers, operators and repairers of technical systems, including from mechanical engineering, aviation and tool and spindle manufacturing. A meaningful balancing report is created for every balancing operation, also in English on request.
