About Pfalz Tec
Pfalz Tec GmbH, based in Markersdorf (Saxony), has been developing and producing systems and devices for cold fog and flushing technology since 2004. The portfolio includes mobile and stationary cold foggers from handheld devices to high-performance systems for spaces up to 15,000 m³, dust suppression and air humidification systems with UV disinfection of the fog water, automatic drinking-line flushing systems for up to six drinking lines as well as modular disinfection systems. The core process is the company's own cold fog process (aerosol technology/ULV), in which compressed air is mixed with liquid media in self-priming two-substance nozzles and distributed as a fine fog; in addition, the impulse flushing process for pipeline cleaning was developed in 2008. Production is carried out in stainless steel (including 1.4305 for nozzles and orifice plates), powder-coated sheet steel (IP65) and chemically resistant plastics such as ABS, PC and HDPE. Fields of application include livestock farming, the food industry, healthcare, laboratories, the textile and recycling industries, tunnel construction as well as transport and logistics; systems are used worldwide. In addition to standard products, the company offers consulting, individual planning, installation, training, maintenance, support and product rental.
