About Us

Pfisterer Feinwerktechnik GmbH is a family-owned metalworking company based in Bernau am Chiemsee. Since 2000, the company has been producing high-precision milled and turned parts with 20 employees – from prototype to series production. Manufacturing takes place on modern CNC machines: 3-axis machining centers with travels up to 1200 x 600 x 800 mm, 5-axis centers up to 700 x 650 x 600 mm, and CNC lathes with turning diameters up to 400 mm and distance between centers up to 1260 mm (bar machining Ø 2 to 95 mm). CAD-CAM programming is carried out with Mastercam. In addition to machining, the company manufactures measuring and testing fixtures, spare parts and assembly aids, performs subassembly assembly with standard, customer-supplied and purchased parts, and handles surface finishing such as vibratory finishing and glass bead blasting as well as deburring and cleaning. Anodizing, electroplating, wet paint and powder coating, and heat treatment are handled through long-standing partners. Customers come from measurement and medical technology, precision mechanics, mechanical engineering, the glass and plastics processing industry, and the semiconductor industry, among others in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the UK, the USA, and Asia.
