PHOENIX CONTACT Kft. is the Hungarian subsidiary founded in 1998 of the Phoenix Contact Group, founded in 1923 in Blomberg (North Rhine-Westphalia). The company distributes components, systems and solutions for industrial electronics and automation technology, including connection technology, interface technology, monitoring, control and automation solutions as well as products for charging infrastructure and e-mobility such as cooled HPC charging cables for CCS charging up to 1000 kW. It has no in-house manufacturing; the value chain comprises technical consulting, customer-specific solution selection, delivery from a wholesale warehouse, and support throughout the entire project life cycle. At the headquarters in Budapest (MOMentum office building, near the BAH interchange), sales, technical support, marketing, finance, customer service and HR are located; an own wholesale warehouse in Budaörs serves logistics. The company achieved annual revenue of nearly 9 billion HUF in 2022 and employs 35 staff (2025).
