About us
PhysChem Analytics GmbH, based in Feucht near Nuremberg, is a service company for physical-chemical materials analysis. The laboratory characterizes plastics, lubricants, (cosmetic) emulsions, suspensions, adhesives, resins as well as paints and coatings with regard to purity, composition, additive and filler content and physical properties. The range includes FT-IR and UV/Vis spectroscopy, thermal analysis (DSC, TG, DMTA), rheology, tensiometry, gas chromatography (pyrolysis GC-MS, FID/WLD), dispersion and stability analysis, microscopy as well as density, refractometry, calorimetry and BET measurements. Typical applications are material characterization, failure analysis, batch and incoming goods inspections, storage tests, process optimization as well as contract research and product development, complemented by customized seminars. To this end, the company cooperates with universities and research institutions and carries out all measurements in accordance with recognized rules of technology.
