Pimiskern Betonwerk GmbH is a family-owned company based in Andorf, Upper Austria, that manufactures concrete products for civil engineering. The product range includes manhole bottom sections with various channel designs (monolithically milled, standard or with PP/GRP shell), manhole superstructures, adjustment rings, covers, spigot-and-socket pipes, third shells and concrete socket pipes up to DN 2500 in unreinforced, steel-fibre-reinforced or reinforced-concrete versions, also in high-performance concrete. In addition, pumping stations built to customer plans, septic tanks in compact or ring construction, retention basins, wastewater treatment plants (PIMA-SBR 3-150 PE), hybrid drinking water tanks with a stainless-steel inliner, and infrastructure products according to ÖBB standard drawings (cable troughs, cable pulling manholes, railway ditch inlets, mast foundations) are manufactured. Special contours such as transition pieces are milled in-house from Styrofoam blocks using a 3-axis milling machine. Delivery is free to site within a 60 km radius of the factory, on request with truck crane unloading. Materials used include various types of concrete as well as plastics (PP, GRP, EPS) and steel, stainless steel and aluminium for built-in parts such as step rungs.
